St. Paul Indian Elopement

Negative temps didn’t stop these two from their traditional Indian Wedding session in St. Paul at LV Studios.

When booking this session back in January I knew I wanted something unique for these two.

With their wedding having to be pushed to this Summer and not being able to traditionally celebrate their wedding with their family and friends, I took it upon myself to make it feel extra special.

The bride noted that she was uncomfortable in her saari. So the first thing I wanted was something that helped her see the beauty in her tradition and culture by filling her session with color and beauty just like her saari. So while scouting weeks in advance around the city of St. Paul the idea of shooting at Lady Vamp Artistry’s studio was at the top of my list of places to do their elopement Bridal session. I knew Apricot Floral would be doing a Valentine’s installation there in the coming weeks, and knew it would be absolutely breathtaking and beautiful and a vision to be had.

Thankfully Yashna, the bride, said yes because negative temps gave us only a split moment of golden glow outside before becoming close to having frostbite.
